What we collect, what we do not, and how to change your cookie choice.

If you fill in the valuation form, the details you type — your name, phone number and what you have told us about the caravan — are sent to us and recorded in our enquiry list, so that we can get back to you. The form also opens WhatsApp with the same details written out, ready for you to send.
We also record when someone taps a phone number, a WhatsApp button or our email address, along with which page they were on. This tells us which parts of the site are actually generating enquiries. It records the action, not the person, and nothing is stored on your device.
We hold enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry. WhatsApp conversations are additionally held by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy terms, and our enquiry list is held in Google Workspace.
Essential. We store your cookie choice on your own device so we do not ask again on every page. This is not a cookie and is not shared with anyone.
Analytics (only if you accept). With your permission we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies beginning _ga and records approximate location, device type and pages viewed. We cannot identify you from it. If you choose "Reject non-essential", no cookies are set and nothing is stored on your device. Google's measurement tag does still load and register an anonymous, cookieless page view, which cannot be tied to you or joined up with any later visit.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell anyone's data.

Pages are hosted by GitHub Pages, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts — both of which necessarily receive your IP address in order to send you the page. Messaging buttons hand you over to WhatsApp. Each of those companies handles that data under its own privacy policy.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just get in touch. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
